January 14, 2013 -What a Week!
Hola a todos! Well it´s been a pretty good week. I´ve had a little taste of everything this week. The Good and the Bad. I´ll start with the bad.
The bad of this week was that we had a bad night and I´m thinking that one of our investigators isn´t going to progress. Elder Morales and I were able
to talk really good and our talk turned into a motivating factor. We have both worked much harder and better afterwards. I got to drive Presidente del Valle´s
car while he was here. We have had many lessons this week. The weather has been fairly good. We got a heater when Presidente was here. Ya basically life can´t get better.
Funny story. This happened today. We went with a Brother to a pueblo out in the middle of nowhere in the mountains. It´s all green and pretty and there is a small waterfall. (We went as district by-the-way, 8 missionaries) Coming back we got pulled over by the cops. The truck we were in is one that usually the drug dealers and bad guys have. Nice brand new Dodge 2500 with tinted windows. They started talking to us and all was cool. It was just a rutine check. Then they ran the plates and they weren´t real. The brother that we borrowed the truck from didn´t renew the truck and when you don´t renew the info leaves the system which means that you truck/car is invalid. The cops then pulled us all out and put us up alongside the truck thinking we had stolen the truck. They couldn´t get ahold of the brother and were going to take us to jail until things could get sorted out. This all happened on the bussiest street
of Matehuala. Everyone got to see the 8 Mormon Missionaries and one of the mormon members getting handcuffed and put in the back of two police trucks. Luckily....this brother happened to pass by and stopped to see what was going. He explained the situation, got a ticket, and we were all let go. Really funny huh? :)
Well things are going well here. I hope all is well and that everyone is enjoying that fun weather in Utah. Super cold!!!
Well I love you all lots,
Elder Carter

Happy New Years to everyone! Well it has been a great new years. About 12 30am on the 1st of January it started raining. It didn´t stop raining until about 3 pm on the 3rd. We got like two and a half days of rain. It was lots of fun. Made things get really cold too!
We had a nice diner with the Ruiz family. Tacos!! They were really good and then we played some games and were home at 10. The other missionaries stayed at the house and we did the whole countdown thing and partied if you can say that at 12. We then went to bed. Fun night huh?
Well the week went well. Martin didn´t acept his baptism date but I´m sure if we explain things a little more that he will accept it. He is just super worried that his life will take a 360 degree turn. That´s not how it is. Just will be better. We have a few new investigators that will probably progress really well here soon. Pray that things will go will with Gabirela and Sergio. We are going to try and get baptism dates with them here soon.
We went to the temple again on Saturday. I got to do a session in Spanish so I´ve done everything in Spanish now. Trying to pay good attention to the Spanish was really good. I think I got the most out of my time there then all of my times going in English. When you pay attention, you learn more. Who would have known? ;) It was a really spiritual experience and I´m glad that I got to go again.
To clarify the naked old man story a little more I´m going to explain the bathroom situation. The bathroom is connected to the house by the laundry room. The laundry room has a sliding door to the outside that doesn´t lock so that´s how he was getting in. The door between the laundry room and the house has a lock so we always lock that and he never got into the house. The lady is having a lock put on the sliding door tomorrow so all will be well. No more walking into strange guys showering in the bathroom. :)
Well I´m going to try and send some photos so I´ll end my letter. It´s a little short but oh well. I want you all to know that you are in my prayers. I love you all and hope all is well. Thanks for all of your love and support.
Best Wishes,
Elder Carter

Dec. 31, 2012
T´was the week of Christmas and all through the house, not a creature was stirring, only the old guy using our shower?
Haha we´ve had our thoughts that someone was using our shower for awhile but could never get proof and the lady that rents the house has said that she has been watching the house good and has not been seeing anything. On Thursday we came home and starting planning when Elder Morales asked if I
could hear water running. He was to chicken to check so I went and checked. The bathroom door was open a crack and there was no light on so I figured we had left the water running. I walked right in on some old homeless guy showering. He screamed, pushed me to the ground and ran out to the street, naked, and we haven´t seen him or signs of him since. We have now put a lock on the door that opens to the bathroom and we hopefully not have anybody else showering in our shower and disturbing images anymore. Fun right?
Well I had a great Christmas. The food was really good and we were given a huge amount of candy. We got sick the next day of candy overdose. It was really fun. It was cool to have a Christmas focused a lot more on the Savior. We didn´t have any gifts or any of the other stuff that sometime distracts people from the true meaning of Christmas. We remembered Saturday night that I had two packages under the bed with gifts for us. Oh and more candy. ;)
Things are still going well here in Matehuala. We have some new investigators and they are great! One is the boyfriend of a member and he is progressing really well. We are going to give him a baptism date tomorrow so pray that that goes well! Elder Morales is still doing well and we are getting along really well. I´m going to be sad the day that we get split up.
Well I hope all is going well at home. I hope everyone is reading their scriptures. I finally finished the Book of Mormon in Spanish yesterday. I´ve learned so much from reading it again. It´s only the 3rd time that I´ve read it all the way through but I can def. testify that you get more out of it everytime. I want to challenge everyone who isn´t reading their scriptures to start reading them again. Just remember it´s one of those things the Lord asks you to do to receive all your blessings ;)
Well I love you all tons and am praying for every one of you!

I felt bad that I hadn´t written much and got permission from Pres. del Valle to write a little bit more.
I forgot to tell you guys yesturday that I am the new district leader. Pretty cool huh? I´ve got a lot of stuff thrown on my plate already. Elders that aren´t behaving like they should be and we are going to the Christmas party this Saturday in San Luis and no one has money so I´m going to have to pay for all of them and go through all the trouble to get reimbursments for the emergency money stash. Yay!!!! ;)
Elder Morales is still here with me. I´ll get to finish his training. The district is pretty good. There are great Elders here and I am sure that we will have a bunch of success. I´m excited to be their leader and hope that I can help them and this area continue to grow.
I´m excited to call home on Tuesday. We will be calling/skyping from the home of the lady that rents us the house. She is pretty cool and has given us permision. We will call about 4 pm here. I don´t know of the time zones are. I´m sending this letter about 3 pm so check and see what time it says it got there. Maybe I´ll send a text message saying it´s this time here so what time is it there. We can call quickly to say what time so why can´t I text? Ya I´ll send a text here quickly in a few minutes. Well I love you guys lots. I´ve got to run but there´s a little more info.
Love you all tons,
Elder Carter

Hola de Mexico,
Sorry I know people are wanting letters but today was loco and will end loco too. We went to visit a reference that lives 2 hours from here but is in the mission this morning and we will be visiting a MA family that lives about half and hour from here in a little bit. Sorry!
I wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas because next week I´m going to focus on writing nice Christmas letters to my family and only that. So family expect letters!
I´m so so so super excited to have this christmas here in the Mission. Building up to Christmas I was just sad and wondered how all the missionaries could say that it is the best part of their missions. I was missing family, friends, parities, carols, Christmas movies and programs, all the parts of Christmas basically. I have started to see the Christmas spirit in everyone
and the love that all the members want to share with us during this time. It´s so so super cool and I´m sure it will be amazing.
This time of year is to remember Christ. I know that he lives. I know that he died for us and through him we will be saved and live with our father again. Through his amazing atonement we will have many blessings. Some members have asked me what is the best present that we can give to others and to God. My answer, a willing heart, our willingness to serve and help others and father the path of our savior. Serve someone in the next few days if you haven´t already. Make goals to be a better person and serve more. Help those in need and show God your willingness to serve him. This is what will make him happy. I wish that
all of you may have a very Merry Christmas. That you may remember the true meaning of Christmas. That all may be well.
I love you all tons!
Elder Kaylor Carter
PS Mom. I´ll talk with the Ruiz family tonight or tomorrow. We are going to be there a good part of the day and
use their internet. I´ll send you the time frame tomorrow or Wed. Love ya!

Hola, Hola, Hola,
Well I´m going to write a nice big long letter today and not individual letters this week. Everyone is BEGGING for longer letters and
more info so the 2nd monday of every month I´ll write a big old letter to quiet your begging. ;)
This are going well here in Matehuala. We´ve had a pretty dry dry streak lately with Investigators and success. We´ve been doing
all we could but it wasn´t enough. We did a fast the other day and afterwards we received a bunch of References. We are starting to work with a few people and they are great. I´m hoping that they will progress and that we can get them in the water here soon. It was really cool to see that when we put our faith in him and always continue on, we will have the blessings and help we
need.
Elder Morales is doing great. Like always he is a blast to be around. We are always laughing. It doesn´t help that when he laughs everyone around him can´t help but laugh. His laugh is so different that it just makes you laugh too. He is learning a lot as well as I. Like I´ve said before it´s way cool to see his progress. He has such a strong testimony and is such a great example, so much that he has helped better me un buen. ((un buen is Spanish for a lot)(I´ve decided that English is hard and that I´m a little scared to call home. You all might just have to learn Spanish to understand me.)).
The members here are great! They treat us really well and I love being here with them. There is a battle going on right now about who is going to feed us dinner on the 24th and 25th! Presidente Ruiz said that we are going to eat dinner with them on the 25th and that the branch can fight it out for the 24th. I will be calling home on the 25th for those of you who can be there(family)(Mom let me know what time. We won´t be doing much that day). The two families that I enjoy being around the most are the Ruiz family and the Lopez family. They really enjoy having the missionaries around and love to feed us. It´s really great! ;)
Well this is the last week of the change/transfer. Next Monday are Changes and lots will be changed. I will be really surprised if I have a change as I am training Elder Morales and we are only half way through the program. I´ll probably be here one more change, 6 weeks. Don´t know exactly what the next year will bring. We are being told that there will be some pretty big changes to the Missionary Program and some different things in the Church. I´m pretty dang excited to see what it will bring. Maybe Preach My Gospel version 2!!!! :D
Well I´m just about out of time and still need to send a Birthday email to my Grandma. I hope all is well and that things are great there in snowy Utah and the other places that you guys are at. Know that I love you all tons!
Elder Carter
PS Mom. Get on my facebook and acept all the Mexican Friend requests!! Some of them what to be my friend to tag me in photos!!! :D

December 3, 2012 Great Fun Adventures
Well hello to everyone! I´m sorry this is late and to family and friends that this will be the only letter that I will write today. Here...I´ll
explain.
Yesterday we decided that we wanted to go climb the big, huge, giant mountain that is like 30 minutes from Matehuala. We decided to go with Eric Ruiz, the Branch President´s Son cause he said he knew how to get to the top and get back down. We left this morning at 7 in the morning and after getting up the mountain and lost too we finally got to the top around 1 30. We started
down again but once again got lost and a little stuck. We battled to find our way down and finally got back to town about an hour ago(5 15 pm). It was a blast ,but it was an all day activity. We didn´t do anything else.
This week was great. We have finally found some new people and began to teach them. We are hoping for some baptisms soon. We have had a ton of success with the Less-Actives and we have had some success with the two wards of late. No more falls. We checked Elder Morales´ knee out the other day and the X-Rays show that he is ok. Note about my fall. It was a one time thing. You all chastized me about showing off and stuff but it was the only time that I tried a whillie and I will not be doing it again. Thanks for the worry and concern though. I want you all to know that I love you and that all is well here.
I want you al to know that I know that this Church is True. I know it without a doubt. Without all of the knowedge and Revelation that we get through the Holy Prophets of God, I don´t know where I would be. The world would def. be a darker place
than it is. I know that through Christ we have the chance to repent and live with God again.
I also want to testify of something new that I´ve gained a testimony of this week. Family History. We have had this become more of a focus lately but as of this week we hadn´t seen any signs of success. This week we did family history with two Less-Active families and they then came to church yesterday. They want to Reactivate and go to the Temple to do the work for the
family members they found. We also taught Bianca about Family History and her desire to go to the Temple double. Her grandma, who she lives with, then told her she couldn´t go. We passed by Friday night and taught her grandma about Family History and Temples. She know wants to go to the temple. If you haven´t had much to do with Family history please start. Try to talk with your
neighbors, friends, etc about Family History. I´m giving you a challenge to do this. Please do it!
Well I love you all and hope all is well at home.
All my love,
Elder Carter
PS Mom...Christmas call can be any day From Dec. 22 to Dec 26th. Let me know what day and time. We are
actually being encouraaged to use Skype so that will be a yes.

Nov. 26, 2012 CRASHES & FALLS
Well this week has been great. Other than what it says in the Subject/Title line. Don´t remember if I told you guys that Elder Morales did not know how to ride a bike before his mission. He basically has it down now and that has been his problem. He has gotten brave and tried to do a few things new this week. Things like pop a willie like me and Elder Rivero, Jump onto curbs, stand up while riding, etc, etc. We´ve had a few crashed and falls as of lately. On Thursday he crashed pretty bad trying to jump up onto a curb and hurt his knee pretty bad. The doctor gave us meds for inflamation and we have a check up on Thursday to see how it goes. I also had my first fall on Wed trying to do a willie while going downhill. Only a few scrapes. All is well. :)
Thanksgiving was great. No one knows about it. They only know about the day that all the Americans go crazy and kill
people in Walmart trying to buy things. They all asked me when that was. I think that they were talking about Black Friday. I think.... I hope it was a good day for all of you. I woke up and was a bit sad thinking that I wasn´t going to spend the day
with Family, going to play any football, watch any football, and eat Tacos again for dinner. I think the Tacos part was the worst. ;) No it was an ok day. I´m def. grateful for all I have.
Things are going well with Elder Morales. He is learning a ton and helping me to learn more. We are having a lot of success with the Less Actives right know. We had a few in church that hadn´t been to church in years. It was pretty cool.
Well I have run out of time. I hope all is well with you guys and that things are all fine and dandy.
I love you all tons!

Nov. 19, 2012 part 2
Hey you guys!
Yes I wrote that thinking about that guys from the Goonies. If needs be please reread that with the voice of him in your head!
Well it has been a great week. Things are great here in Matehuala. The training is going well and we are doing a lot here. We have activated a few
members and will be trying to put fechas with some of our investigators here soon. We are working with Sister Sara to get her to the Temple in December and we have starting teaching her husband Sergio as we´ve talked about the temple with him. They are both doing well. Yes we will have the chance to go again in Dec. the 15th. I hope we can go!
Elder Morales is great. He really is learning a ton. It´s really cool to see his progress. My Spanish has improved a tiny bit. Hopefully it will continue. Today we went to Real de Catorce. It´s a little town in the middle of the Mountains. We had to drive through a big tunnel to get to it. It was really cool. We got kicked out of town! Apparently some Saint saw the Virgin Guadalope there and they are really religious and devoted and apparently not very friendly when someone asks you about your church and you start talking to them. Ya nothing happened but they did run us out of town. Cool story no?
Thanksgiving moment! I want you all to know that I am thankful for this Church and Gospel. For my God and my Savior and all that they do for
me. I am especially thankful for my family. Probably didn´t tell them enough before the mission but I want them to know now that I love them very much and am so super thankful for them. I am thankful for all of my friends and family members who love and support me. Thanks!
Well that´s about all of my time. I hope all is well at home. Enjoy the warmish weather again!

Howdy Folks,
Well it´s been a great week. It´s really great to be a trainer and help a new missionary and member learn all that he needs to know.
Elder Morales is from Mexico City and has been a member of the church for a year and a half. Not a lot of time for a missionary or a member so I give him two thumbs up for his faith to come out here. He is learning a ton and doing great. I´m also grateful for the chance to go over the training materials again. I´m learning lots too!
We currently don´t have anyone with a Baptism Date. We are working to try and get some here soon. We´ve got tons of work and will be
getting some baptisms here soon.
We are getting along great and having a ton of fun. Elder Morales is almost like a brother to me.
I´ve run out of time and need to go but I want you all to know that I love you and you are in my prayers. I hope all is well and that you all enjoy the tons and tons of snow that you are getting.
Love you tons!

Hey everyone!!!
Well Elder Romero left to Aguascalientes today. I`m in San Luis with the Zone Leaders today and tonight and tomorrow I go to Leon. I`ll be picking up my Child (new elder) and heading back to Matehuala tomorrow night. Yes...I`m going to be training!!! Not sure if I`m ready or prepared for this but I`m putting my faith in the Lord and going to give it my all. I hope all works out and that he can learn a lot from me. His name is Elder Morales and he is from Mexico. That`s about all I know at this point. I`m super excited!!
The Temple was absolutely amazing!!! Casandra didn`t get permission off of work until like the very last minute so we stressed a little bit but we got to go. We left Matehuala about 12:30 am Saturday and got back at about 9:30pm. It`s a 5 hour bus ride to and from Mat. and Monterrey. Monterrey is really really beautiful. The Temple was amazing. We entered the Temple at 6am. I printed the cards for Harvey and Rose and got to work. I did baptisms all the way to a session. We ran out of time due to Weddings and I left the card for them to do the sealing. The sealer said it would be the first one he did after the two weddings got over. I feel so super good to have done all of that work along with helping do other people`s work. It was really spiritual and a good break and spiritual recharge for my body and spirit. :) Pres. Ruiz had to drag us out at 3. We, the missionaries, stayed in the temple that entire 9 hours. Others left and had lunch and visited family in Monterrey but we were there the entire time. I had a chance to help others and be in the temple, I wasn`t going to leave. I met one of the Bishops from a ward that Mark served in. We got talking and he said that he was from Torreon. I said my cousin Elder Sorensen served there. We got talking and he remembered Mark well. He was really surprised when I told him he had 3 kids. He was the bishop in the ward of Jacarandas in Torreon Mark and for the life of me I can`t remember his name. It`s a small world after all. ;)
Vianca`s baptism went really great. All of the young women and men either talked or bore their testimonies. She was super super excited and all went well. Sunday after her confirmation she was the first one to bear her testimony and it was amazing. She`s gone through so so much in her life and has just changed totally in the last month or so. It was pretty cool and all the members mentioned how cool her testimony was after.
Well that's basically my life right now. All is well and things are great. Still loving the mission. Still loving Matehuala and all that goes along with it. I`m a missionary and life couldn`t get better.
Thanks for all of your love and support. Know that I send the same right back your way. Love you all.

Hey everyone,
This week was great. We´ve once again had a ton of success and will be having a baptism on Friday. Her name is Vianca and it´s been really
cool to see her change her life from bad to good. It´s been a great change and was pretty fun. She is really great and will be a great member here
soon.
On Saturday we did family history work to do at the Temple and I am proud to say that I beat my Grandma Kathy to part of her/our family. She´s
always telling me that she lovs doing the work and is having great progress. Well haha Grandma, my turn. ;) Their names are Harvey Pitman and Rose Pitman. They both need all of their work done. I feel like a little boy on Christmas Morning. I'm super excited to go to the Temple and do their work.
It is starting to get pretty cold here in the mornings and at night. I´ve finally had the need to buy the warm clothes. I used two blankets to sleep for like the first time in forever...like MTC timeframe. It was really weird. I´m still loving the area tons! Matehuala is super great. I love being here. The work of the Lord is great and progressing faster and faster.
Well yesterday was my 10 month mark. Weird thought. Time has gone by so so super fast. I really am going to be home in no time. Weird!
Well I´ve run out of time. I hope you all know I love you tons. Keep up all that you need to be doing to live with our Father in Heaven again. Read the scriptures, pray always, go to church, etc. Well, that was my missionary moment.
Love you all,
Elder Carter

Hellos from Mexico!
Well this week has been great! Once again we have worked hard and had great success. We baptized Casandra on Saturday and confirmed her on Sunday. We have also been told that we can go to the temple with her. IT´S a sure thing now. We have two new fechas(dates) for this Saturday and Friday the 2nd. Vianca will be baptized on Saturday and Nancy will be baptized the next week. Vianca is 16 and is the Niece of a less active family that we have reactivated. They are no longer less active. Evidence that the new rules actually are working! Vianca is a def. baptism. Nancy is the Aunt of Jaime and will most likely be a baptism. She has had a rough few months battling diabetes and bad circulation and the loss of her lower leg. The Plan of Salvation has been great for her and is working out nice. She is progressing and I´m sure all will be great.
Thanks everyone for the Birthday wishes! The letters really made my day. In 4 days I´ll no longer be a teen! 20 years and counting. :)
Things here in Matehuala are great! I´m pretty much used to the bike now and my legs are in great shape. They are now well defined and look great. I´m proud of them. My abs too. I´ve been working on them in my workout period. ;) It´s starting to cool off here thank goodness. I´m told that it´ll get pretty cold during the nights and mornings. Still need to buy a sweater or two.
I want you all to know that I´m doing well. This church is true and I know it without a doubt. I´m super great for all of your love and support.
Sorry for those that I haven´t written back too. I get one or two done everyweek so I´ll get to you soon. Read the scripture, go to church,
listen to the missionaries if you need to, love everyone and share the gospel.
Thanks for everything and I love you all!!

A great big hello to everyone!!!
Hey guys. Things are going great out here in the middle of nowhere. Matehuala is super fun. The bike isn´t quite as tiring as before
but still need to get used to is a little more, and buy a new tire. An investigator borrowed it real quick the other night and when I went to use it this morning....the tire was flat. No more borrowing the bike. Check that one off the list of things learned. ;)
Well on Friday night we had the baptisms of Jaime and Maria. They both went really well. Presidente Ruiz (The President of the Branch) forgot
to tell us that the church was out of gas so we started the water and boiler and left for another appointment. Elder Romero was the first to enter the water and first to leave. We had to push him back in. The water was apparently very, very cold. The program went well and they both cried after. They both said they felt the spirit really strong and they both loved conference this weekend.
We have another baptism for this Saturday, the 13th. Her name is Casandra and she is a member without records and she wants to go to the
temple but can´t so we get a baptism!!! There is a new rule now that we can go with our converts if they go with the Ward to do Baptisms.
Before it was just if they went through to get sealed or for thier own ordinances. Now it´s for baptisms too. Casandra def. will be going with the Ward on the 3rd of November and Jaime and Maria are going to try to do all they can to pay for the tickets. This means I will be going to the Monterrey Temple with these three and the Branch on the 3rd of Nov. I´m so super excited. Monterrey is the closest temple here in Matehuala if you´re wondering why Monterrey.
I hope all watched conference. I really learned a lot and had a great time. The talks were all amazing. I really liked the talk by Elder Holland. I´m also excited to start getting all the questions here soon. Thanks Elder Nelsen! ;) Just ask the missionaries!!!! Everyone asked about the new age limits and what I think. My answer. It´s super cool. To all those it now effects...if you can get out and serve, do it! It´s the best thing you can do with your life. Quoting Elder Holland, ´The Lord is Hastening his work.´ The Lord needs servants the help his children so if you can help, help him.
Well I hope all is well at home because things are great here. I´m loving Matehuala and the people. They are so super nice here. IT´s a big change from San Luis Potosi but I like it.
Love you all a ton,
Elder Carter

Hola to all!
This week was a good week. I learned that Intestinal Infections are not fun at all! I´m doing fine now but wow....I was really
sick there for a few days.
Our Baptisms will be this Friday at 7. Apparently the coffee thing didn´t get explained to them too well so we talked to them about it and
they are good to go now. I´m pretty excited for Friday and then Conference this weekend!
I want to thank everyone for the Birthday wishes. Yes it´s a month early but hey...I got my birthday Package with all the cards and stuff so thanks. Super thanks to my Brother Jayden for taking the card around to the neighboors and friends. It was really cool to hear from you all.
Matehuala is a great area. It´s really calm and safe here and things are great. It´s fairly small but I actually like it a lot better here. I´m sleeping a lot better too. Bikes are not to fun when all of your area is uphill from your house. ;) I´m in one of the only areas with bikes in the Mission and I´ve got the coolest bike here in Matehuala! It´s bright Purple!!!! It´s also the only one with gears that change!
Well I´m out of time for today. Thanks for all the love and support!
Love you all,
Elder Carter

Hola a todos!!!
This week was pretty good. We had a lot of work and a lot of play. It was really was fun.
Baptism report: Linda and her son are still on date with their date for the 29th but I won´t be baptizing them. We apparently have two that are going to be baptized on Sat. the 29th here in my new area. I don´t know anything about them so I´ll send photos and info next week.:)
As you just read, I am in a new area. Finally!! I am in Matehuala. It is a city in the State of San Luis Potosi and is about three hours north of San Luis Potosi(The City). I google mapped it and all you have to do is fallow the M-57 pretty much straight up from San Luis and bam...there it is. It´s out in the middle of nowhere. It´s the furthest area from the Offices. It´s a lot and I mean a lot smaller than San Luis Potosi and is more like the Mexico I thought I was coming too. My house is pretty nice and I think I´m going to like it.
Only problem, apparently it´s going to get really cold really fast. Yes Dad, that´s why I emptied my account out today. Got to buy some warm clothes.
We were eating dinner with one of the new Counselors yesterday when we got the call. I was so so so super excited!!!
Elder Cruz is having a baby tomorrow(Missionary Terminology for getting a new missionary). I packed everything up last night and was in the bus station at 7:45 and on a bus at 8. I got here and no one was waiting for me. The bus from San Luis to Matehuala continues on Northward and I figured I had gotten off to soon. Nope...apparently it´s the joke here to show up like 15-20 minutes late to scare all the new missionaries that are without phone. :)
I want to send my love and support to the Isom family. I heard the news and am really sad and sorry to hear that Alyssa passed away. I´m not quite sure what to say or how to help you feel better. All I know is that our Savior has a plan for us and that he died so we can fullfill this plan. The plan lets us live
with him again and with our family too. I know without a doubt that this is true. We can live with our families again and for all Eternity. Part of the Savior´s
Sacrifice was to give us the help and support we need for every situation. If you use this blessing that the Lord has given you, all will be well. Stay strong and have faith and all will be right and you can be with her again. I love you and am praying for you!
Well that´s about all the time I've got. I love you all and hope all is well at home. Thanks for your love and support.
